Brent Finley

Project Manager

Mr. Finley's background is founded in both science and law. Building upon his education in marine fisheries, his scientific experience encompasses environmental risk analysis, marine ecology research and chemical analysis. Mr. Finley has assisted in several sub-tidal research projects that studied the effects of introduced species on community dynamics and parasite-host interactions. In addition to his scientific background, Mr. Finley has a strong background in environmental law and policy. He has provided litigation support to state agencies on a wide range of environmental issues including natural resource damage assessment (NRDA) claims under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA); wetland permitting; air pollution regulations; and water conservation initiatives.
